We had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was superb and we were impressed with the facilities. The hotel staff were very helpful and assisted us in renting a bike, which we found to be a convenient way to explore the city. we had a late checkout at 10 pm due to our train schedule and they only charged us 50% for the extra time. The location of the hotel was ideal, and we enjoyed our breakfast here as well.
No negatives from this place. We had an amazing stay here and everything was so good.

This hotel is perfect for nature lovers in search of peace and serenity. the accommodations are spacious and come with a delightful view of the surrounding area. the staff is very friendly and they will help you with anything you need, like renting a bike, and even allowed a late check-out. the hotel provides a great selection of facilities, including a lush garden and wonderful breakfasts, perfect fuel for any day out exploring. the rooms are impeccable, with faultless bathroom amenities, making it an outstanding choice for a comfortable stay.
Although communication can be difficult with the staff, it is only a small setback.

the hotel was big and well, maintained. the staff was friendly and accommodating. We were able to rent a bike and explore the city with ease. the late check, out option offered was a huge plus for us as we had a late train to catch.
The language barrier posed a bit of a challenge as communicating in English was difficult. We had to rely on Google Translate to communicate with the staff.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Ninh Binh and we were impressed with the overall quality and pricing of the accommodations. The hotel was huge with a nice modern feel to it. We really enjoyed the location, it was very convenient and close to all the things we wanted to do around the city. The staff was also very helpful and assisted us with renting bikes to explore the city. we were really pleased with the late check-out option as we had a train to catch at 10 pm. We only had to pay 50% of the room charges for the late checkout.
There were a few things that could be improved. Communication was a bit difficult as we had English as our first language and not many of the staff spoke it fluently.
